Medical Care

Provided by Registered Nurses

• Dressing changes, wound care, and ostomy care and support
• Urinary catheter care, care of feeding tubes or drainage tubes
• Medication management and assessment of unstable medical conditions
• IV Therapy: PICC lines, infusaport care, TPN, antibiotic therapy and more

Personal Care

Provided by Certified Nursing Assistants

• Assistance with walking, grooming, bathing, dressing, and nail care
• Shopping, simple meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry
• Running errands

Rehabilitation

Provided by Professional Therapists and Medical Social Workers

• Physical, Speech, or Occupational Therapy to recover from surgery, illness, or injury

Homemaking Services

Provided by Homemakers

• Light housekeeping, laundry, run errands, shop for groceries, and simple meal preparation
